The role of the President is student-facing, is the voice of the KUCSC, and is the main liaison between King’s administration and the Students’ Council.

The President sits on many committees at the College level to represent the KUCSC and students at large. It is the President’s responsibility to advocate for students at all levels of the College and to communicate information from the College back to the Council. They also provides strategic direction for the KUCSC and is responsible for supporting the success of the other Executives and their portfolios.

The KUCSC President coordinates the activities of the USC Representatives, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, and Governance Associate. Every four years the President is also responsible for writing a new Strategic Plan for the KUCSC that will guide the direction the organization will take in the years to come.
